The newest Berry Premium feature lets you see all of your results in one place, visualize them on a chart, and spot trends over time. By making your progress clear and easy to follow, Hormone Tracking helps you better understand how your body is responding throughout treatment.
What We Heard From Our Community
We’ve consistently heard from Berry users and the fertility community that people want to see their progress in a clearer way, since numbers alone don’t feel sufficient to truly grasp what’s happening. Whether it’s tracking estrogen levels during ovarian stimulation or following beta hCG results after a transfer, we wanted to create a simple way to make sense of it all. That’s why we created Hormone Tracking.
What Is Hormone Tracking?
Hormone Tracking is an easy way to see your fertility results over time without any extra work. The feature automatically pulls in the estrogen, progesterone, and beta hCG results you already log in the Berry app and turns them into a simple, easy to understand chart.
Each dot on the chart shows a lab result from a specific day, so you can clearly see how your numbers are trending over time. You can view your progress over the past week, or zoom out to see the past month, 3 months, 6 months, or even set your own custom range. The lines on the chart show different treatments, so you can clearly distinguish results from different cycles. These charts provide a flexible way to focus on the results that matter most to you.
How It Works
To visualize your results with Hormone Tracking:
Click the “You” tab at the bottom of your screen.
Select “Charts” in the upper right.
Select which type of result you’d like to see.
Select your preferred date range.
Tap each dot on the chart to display the result, the date it was drawn, and the cycle it is associated with.
